10. TERMINATIONOF FREE MEMBERSHIP

10.1 You can unsubscribe free Membership at any time.

11. TERMINATIONOF PAID MEMBERSHIP

11.1 In case you are a paid participant, you can unsubscribe 3 days after the payment of the down-payment.

11.2 You can cancel Paid Membership and withdraw funds through your account, contacting Customer Care or sending an email or a letter to the site address.

11.3 If you cancel your Membership within 3 days after payment, we will refund you all funds.

12. TERMINATION OF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

12.1 If you are a Paying Member, you can cancel the automatic renewal within 24 hours before the withdrawal. If you do it too late, your funds will be automatically debited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Your Membership will be canceled at the end of the paid period. Until this time, you have the right to use all paid features.

12.3 After canceling automatic renewal, you can use the free version of the Site but with limited services.

12.4 You can cancel automatic renewal through your account, contacting Customer Care or sending an email or a letter to the site address.

13. TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY THE SITE

25. COMMON RULES

26. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If you change your place of residence and move more than 50 miles from the service area, you can get a refund that remains for the period of your move. But we will deduct $100 from your refund or $50 if part of the subscription has expired.

27.3 Connecticut: YOU MAY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT NO MORE THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SIGNING THE AGREEMENT. TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT, FOR 3 DAYS, PROVIDE THE APPLICATION PERSONALLY OR THROUGH AN ORDER LETTER THAT MESSAGES THAT YOU TERMINATE THIS APPLICATION.

No refund for Level 1 subscription

We do not pay the money back for your violating the security regards such as using the shared email address or allowing anyone to use your profile either.

In some cases, you might get a refund for your Level 2 or level 3 Subscription.

In case you refuse to continue the membership, we are not obliged to pay you back the rest of the money spent on Subscription. The site reserves the right to block any user by blocking his membership without explanation and paying a refund. This choice can be disputed by our own will.

Spam and scam filtering

Using the Subscription support interface does not provide you with an automatic refund, automatic winning of the dispute or chargeback request. Every term in our Refund Policy will be still valid and applied.

Limitations

No circumstances oblige the site to pay members money back in the sum bigger than they have spent. We have to provide neither you nor any of your relatives, friends, third parties connected with a refund for the damages made as a result of using our site, no conditions will serve ground for that. Cancellation Policy
